O HOUSE

The facade project was developed for a house with a fixed architectural structure, without changes to the volumetric composition. The goal was to achieve a clean, cohesive, and contemporary exterior within a limited budget.

The facade was refined through subtle adjustments to proportions, rhythm, and selected elements, carried out with maximum precision and without altering the overall architecture. Using minimal means, the project achieves a composed and confident architectural image.
