Designed in a contemporary classical architectural language, the house explores balance, proportion, and a sense of calm presence within its context. Located on a sloped site, the project treats the terrain not as a limitation but as a key formative element.

The compact two-storey volume unfolds through level changes, terraces, and a composed architectural structure. Despite the complexity of the site, the architecture remains clear and controlled. Carefully proportioned spaces, natural light, and a close relationship with the garden create a calm residential environment.
